Preparing the SHC Community in the Case of Fire
Wildfires are a common occurrence across Canada, and especially here in the Okanagan. Fire can also occur right here, on any property, or in the surrounding area of The Cottages. The EPC Committee has established procedures to assist residents to, both help prevent and respond, to any fire, wherever it may be occur.

Fires can happen anywhere, even on watercraft. To address this, we now have installed a Fire Shed at the Marina, armed with a handheld extinquisher and powerful, portable fire hose, to assist extinquish any fire activity that may be encountered at the Marina.
